My friend was banned but hasn't gotten a reply back. He has been banned for a little over a year and continues to email because he loves this game. Is there a reason why he isn't getting a response?

I can't tell you why because I'm not staff. Won't try to speculate anything either.

However, what he can try to do is to create a new account with a new email address and speak to KI using that medium.

If he was banned, then I wouldn't think KI would display strong interests in speaking to that person.
