Accuracy buff missing

My gear gives me a +5% accuracy.
Royal Mantle of Judgement = +2%
Astral Shoes of Judgement = +2%
Balanced Tri-Corn of Helping = +1%
Grand Total: +5%!
Why, on my character sheet am I showing only +4% on all of my accuracy listings?
