So on a couple of my accounts i have bought 95-115 jewel recipe from Igneous in Arcanum takes my 22k gold but i receive no recipe but greys out in his list for available to buy.
doesn't show in my recipe list nor does it show at jewel station. Bought recipe to craft pierce jewels or at least chance at getting one. Ty
