2nd request for non working ribbon transporter

Please look back at my last crowns purchase. Same day I spent 2500 crowns on the ribbons transporter. It doesn't work. I would like it fixed or give e my crowns back and I will try again. Thanks ~ Cher

Hi CherOldBear,

Those pesky transporters break down all the time :(. What is the name of the transporter you are referring to please?
Developer
You have to select the teleport effect.

1) Press ESC
2) Click the Gameplay Options 3 button
3) Click the arrow button next to Teleport Effect to switch effects

Hopefully, in the future, we can make it automatically select a teleport effect when you purchase one.
