When you have a problem like this one, you must contact support@wizard101.com by sending them an e-mail.
When you do send the e-mail, be sure to tell them:
- your UserName (that you use to log on to this website), and - the name of your Wizard (in the game) who deleted the Pet, and - what kind of Pet was it. Do you remember the Pet's name too?
They need information like that to find it in your account. But "never" give out your login name (for the game) or your password !!
