ok here is more info. im a level 42 necromancer (death) i stll have not beaten him. my equipment helmet: dragonriders assailing helm (stitched) armor: phantastimail rainment (i think thats how its spelt) boots: striders of stife weapon: bolt blade my pet also gives me a spell (earth walker) i think my health is 2124 ill check so, any ideas?

This is essentially a Myth boss. You should have traps, blades, curse in your deck and use them. Load the deck with ghouls and vampires along with Banshee so you regain your health with each hit. If you have gotten your wraith spell, use it as well. Don't bother with the earth walker spell unless you have a life mastery amulet. You have a shield against Myth. use that as well.
