Vestrilund in a world of ice? wintertusk

Vestri is one of the four golden seal holders. Vestri rules vestrilund. That is connected. But wintertusk is a world that's frozen, and i only see small piles of snow in corners.

Shouldn't vestrilund be more frozen?
