No CryptKeeper Quest???

I'm not sure if anyone else has my problem, but I've looked at everyone who would give a main storyline quest of some sort, but none of them give the quest for the CryptKeeper in Northguard! What do I do? :?

At this time, there is no quest for the Crypt Keeper. He's purely decoration.
