You have to complete all of Grizzleheim and have done your level 35 spell quest there. The quest, and it's prequests, are here:
x, x do you need to finish wintertusk to receive the spells and pets you missed when you skipped it because you didn't know it even existed I am a level 93 death and I am missing Bad juju, mass infection, virulent plague, and there is another I believe and I did not receive the quest for my avalonian minion is this because I didn't finish wintertusk
You will need to go to Olde Town in Wizard City and see Baldour Goldpaws I leveled up recently also never got the notice like we use to get on the side you will see a yellow "!" above his head when you see him the cave your going into is a 8000 XP storm and a 1750 XP fire the boss has 3 power pips and regular and uses Insane Bolt taking up to 1000 XP from you.
