I have not started any of grizzle, and i don't know if i need to start it and if i do, i don't know where to start grizzle HELP i am lvl 87 and i need insane bolt healing current, and enfeeble, and i can't get them without learning supercharge.. HELP
You need to progress lengthily within the world of Grizzleheim in addition to Wintertusk. The spell is available to be learned as early as level 35 and is given by Erik Wyrdune in Northguard. The quest is usually unlocked after completing Mirkholm Keep in Grizzleheim.
