Grizzleheim: Eye of Truth Quest- missing eye(?)

fought through all the chambers and the final Boss, then activated the 3 minor Runes - Quest guide said the Eye of Truth was 18 (steps) ahead.... tried activating the minor runes in different orders but still can not find the eye... Help Please.

I received some in game chat and despite these old fingers managed to lite up the runes fast enough.
