Can't get Talos (even though I meet requirements)

I am level 55, I have completed "Su Su Sudrilund" and "The spell trade" but I can't start "The Runedown."

In this picture, you can see that I've completed the storyline of Sudri, because my quest arrow is directing me to Nodrilund

This shows I am level 55

This shows I have shatter trained, which I got from "Thief of spells"

But when I talk to Erik, he does not have the quest

I should be able to start the quest right? Can a moderator please explain this???

If you have finished the quest "Dragon's Gate" and he still isn't talking to you most likely you need to talk to Baldur Goldpaws in Olde town. If you still can't get the quest you might want to look on Youtube.
