I know that Grizzleheim opens more places the higher level you are, but what level opens all areas? I'm 36 and after Mirkholm Keep I seem to be stuck, I can get in to Nidaveillir but I have no quests for it. After MK the guard outside the castle told me I earned a break, is that code for go level and come back? Am I missing something?

what lvl do you have to be to get into ravenscar because im stuck on some hard quests in dragonsprye. im lvl 45.
