Where can we get the bunny mount drops?

I know back in 2014, it was discussed that Xibalba (and other previous end game bosses) dropped the hare mounts. But was the drop pool updated? Can my 140 fire wiz still get the mount at Xibalba? Or do I go to Karamelle?
