Spiral Cup Gauntlet & Ratatoskr Spin

When soloing Spiral Cup Gauntlet and using Ratatoskr Spin, I can cast the spell with no issues, however, when joined by friends, I cannot cast the spell.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I've answered my own question.. it's an archmastery issue.
