I noticed today when playing twice when I tried to cast Scion of Life on a friend it would always have me pass. It happened on two different bosses and multiple time in the battle. When I cast it on my self it worked but it wouldn’t work on the other people.

I believe that this is a known glitch that has existed for some time. Quite Frankly, I am surprised that they didn't fix it in the Spring Update. Could Kingsisle please look into this?
