Ronna in Chaos Jungle - Help?!

I am unable to get to the Chaos Jungle. I have the quest to talk to Ronna but the stream portal does not have this option. Any ideas?

not sure if you have this fixed yet but can enter the chaos jungle from samsara village.This should also open the stream portal up for use.
