been searching for milos, where is he? can not find him, he is not on my map....please help

you can find him in the anthenum, when you go over the bridge go left and hes in the house on the right.

he is the first guy you go talk with after cyrus in the atheneum. he is in the library to your right when you walk up the hill after stepping thru the portal.
