There is no wand or staff shop in Dragonspyre because now you are getting strong and you should be able to fight bosses(didnt you do that already) so you should earn your valuble items from boss battles from now on when entering Mid-MooShu. As I been told
I'm just guessing here but that would be real cool to be able to do. You could craft a either a wand or staff out of 100's of items found all over the spiral. But you only craft things for your 3 schools you have trained in.
P.S. Please put the treasure cards back to where they were before the update.
Honestly -- usually by the time I get to a new world, the wand or staff I have in hand is better than those available in the shops, assuming you know where to look (pssst, wizard101central.com)
