Two areas not active in Dragonspyre

Hello. I am going back and finishing the little quests for the stone rose's and I noticed that there are two areas in The Chasm called Knowledge Keepers Tower, and Crystal Storage that are not activated for me to enter them. Is there something that I am missing? If so could someone please help me?

It sounds like you might have missed the line of Side Quests that Zelen Battlehorn gives you.

This link shows a map of The Grand Chasm, in case you need to find Zelen:

Scroll down to the section for The Grand Chasm. And you can click on any quest there for more details if you need it.
