i think my tower of war quest is bugged! either that or i dont no where to look. i no it in tower of war but when i go down the steps there is no book! PLZ HELP!
It's not that simple. Halina Warhawk gives you that quest on the first floor. You then need to fight your way through enemies on floors 2 through 6. The book is on the 7th floor.

And, after you get the book, you leave the tower. Then you have to go back into the tower again, and talk to Halina and get a letter from her. Then the quest is complete.
