Stone rose glitch???

So I’m down to two stone roses and one of them is in the Dragon’s Roost. I found it but no matter what I do it will not update my quest. Help!

It must be bugged, my friend and I both have the same problem. I have all now but that one. Tried to report the issue last night.

I figured mine out. When it says Dragon’s Roost, that’s not the landing where you ride the Battledrake to get to where Malistaire is. It’s the next area from there. I had to ride the Battledrake to that next area and the rose in question was there.
