Storm Tempest spell seems to be bugged. It does random damage for pips. I've tried with no gear. For a power pip it does 160 damage For a power pip and two regular pips it does 160. Even when using 10 pip tempest, the spell damage is that of 4 pip. Please look into it and bring about immediate fox.
I’m currently experiencing a bug with the quest “Two Ring Circus,” it’s a quest from Balthazar Dragonborn in the Atheneum on Dragonspyre. I’ve crafted the two rings necessary to progress the quest but it won’t let me complete it, the quest also isn’t appearing within my quest log. Both rings are in my inventory and I did craft them myself. I'm not sure how to fix the quest, I've seen other posts about a similar problem with the same quest, but the only solution I saw was someone had an administrator progress the quest for them. If anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to fix this I'd love to hear them.
