I can't get the portal rings to open in Dragonspyre to the Necropolis and to Dragonspyre Acadamy. I have been away for an extended period of time, so am not sure what to do.
The Necropolis: You have to follow the main quest in order to get the portal stones for Cyrus. But, you can access the area by finding the doors in Plaza of Conquests and the Athenum. Dragonspyre academy comes way later on though...
