pants,vestment,hats,boots not the best

I am a level 44 fire wizard in dragonspyre and the clothing conditions are still not the best people can offer. all i want to know is does the effects of the clothes get better after a quest because i am stuck with getting items
that only give you 10 life and 3% resistance on all balance or something like that. PLZ HELP ME

None of the stuff you get from quests is that good. The best stuff comes from bosses.
