So i was in the middle of a battle with the earth elemental and I got teleported away somehow. When I came back to rejoin the battle the earth elemental was gone and is still gone after logging out, switching realms, and other things. I cannot activate the red crystal either. I clicked x and even tried clicking on it with my mouse.
If this is the quest I am thinking of where you have to summon several monsters from statues in the same area, it is a bug that has existed for quite a while. Try switching realms while you are standing in front of the statue of the monster you are asked to summon. Once you switch realms, you should be able to interact with the statue by pressing X.
