i need a "thunderchill cloak" but i've been looking forever and didnt find it. plz tell me where to find that recipe.

um ok first off you dont find it you by it and secondly have you ever found them in other places ?

You'll find it at one of the appropriate school gear vendors in Mooshu. ;)
