malistaire lair entry problem

A group of friends and I tried to enter into Malistaire's Lair, but it kept saying, "sorry, dungeon is full" We switched realms to a perfect and the same thing occurred. We waited ten minutes and still can't get in.

maybe you hat to many people ( even if you just have four ) otherwise it could be a glitch
