Life Recipe Vendor in DS

Hi, can anyone help me find the Life Recipe Vendor in DS. I know they are not in Plaza of Conquests, Necropolis, Grand Chasm, Crucible or DS Academy - any other life wizards out there who have found him/her?

Have you tried the forum in Dragonspyre Academy? :-P The life vendor should be around where the forging place is at, Hope this helps :-)
