level 48 spell *important*

[ so i am level 48 now i got the thing on the right from my school teacher that says i have a new spell for you. i am so excited i go to my teacher in ravenwood, mrs. greyrose. and it wont even let me talk to her. i did the chest quest and everything!? now what do i do?? please help :(
