Last of the 3 crafting quests

Is there a trick to this because they are saying I need one thing and he's selling the recipe for another.

If I remember correctly the two last crafting quests in Dragonspyre require us to make items which recipes are sold in Mooshu.

I think the recipe of the item for the last quest is sold in the Mooshu commons.

:-) Can someone tell me where the Duskwind Cloak is, I am a death student,
this is the second crafting quest in Dragonspyre.
