you need to complete main story quest in wizard city that will get you to kt do the same then mb than mooshu at the end of mooshu you will defeat the jade oni
At level 54, I'm surprised you aren't there already.
Just as you had to complete your required assignments in Wizard City to move on to Krokotopia, and you had to complete your required assignments in Krokotopia to move on to Marleybone and you had to complete your required assignments in Marleybone to move on to MooShu so must you complete your required assignments in MooShu in order to move on to Dragonspyre.
Complete the tasks you have in your Quest Journal, you'll be in Dragonspyre soon enough.
