How do i get to loremaster

So i have been wondering how to i get to loremaster what quest do i need to do?

Once you 'open up' Dragonspyre by fighting Malestaire Drake in Ravenwood, you'll be sent to Dragonspyre and then to the Atheneum to speak with Milos Bookwyrm. Behind Milos you will see the ghostly Loremaster standing next to a dungeon sigil. She should have an over her head.

Just a little correction, "By Fighting Cyrus Drake" not Malistare.
