One of the best ways to beat her is to use Earthquake to remove all her shields. Taking a Myth friend makes an otherwise challenging fight a piece of cake. If you can't find a Myth friend, just but a couple Earthquake TCs from the Bazaar.
If you have a high level friend with Shrike (= 50% pierce + 25% damage), that also works, and you can forget the Earthquake.
Once shields have been cleared by the Earthquake, focus your attack on HER. Once she is dead, no more damage can come your way.
