Having problems with dragonspyre

Cant find any new quests. Not sure what i am doing wrong. Can someone please tell me how i get the quest for Lazlo Starblade. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

My son also is having difficulties finding new quests in Dragonspyre. He is a level 46 Life Wizard. (BTW his name is Jack, just plain Jack)

Please help with suggestions.
