when you enter the instance in the grand chasm, and you get talk to vasek ashweaver you turn right and go all the way until the door and there is the rose
All the way down to your right after talking with Vasek Ashweaver by the door. You should see it sticking out there. All of the roses have been hard to find but that's the fun of it right? Lol....
I found it and it was not hard, use time machine to go to pass, go right down the hall to last door on left. It will be on far side of door on edge of door. But it will only be there when in the pass the the present world.
