The first door has to be unlocked by activating the 3 crystals. There's no time limit for doing this. The second door has to be unlocked by defeating the two guards. One is on each side and again, there's no time limit for defeating them.

Actually, when they removed the time limit from the first door, the knocked it down to just one crystal (I dont know why they couldnt just leave it alone after they did away with the pesky timer), to make it easier to solo the dungeon.
