I looked all over dragonspyre for the rock roses, for the prospector quest there, I don't know if its just me but I never seen a Rock rose anywhere at all.
Do they work like the Smiths, Blue Oyster Cult, Yard Birds, etc. Or do I have to use something to get a rock Rose from it, because I never seen any Rose of any kind in Dragonspyre?
Did I miss something some wheres or are they on a 24hour respawn, when picked up by another player?
Yes they work just like Zeke's other quest, but are pretty well hidden. If you go to wizard101central.com and search for Zeke's quest quide. It will give you the locations of all the roses.

When you do get the list of locations, and you start looking for them, just a heads up... Some of them are very hard to see. To get you started, look for the first rose behind the spiral door where you enter Dragonspyre. It's easy to find, and you get a good idea of what the roses look like.
