I know it's a touch late to change an entire world, but I would say the majority of quests end up being 4 or 5 level towers of brainless mobs then an occasional boss at the end. I don't really have an issue with the difficulty, but it's a pain blasting through potions just to fight another pair of skeletons or ghosts. The fact that every enemy is throwing around weaknesses doesn't help, but that's a challenge I'm willing to overcome; the endless stream of dungeons, on the other hand, impedes progress and slows down questing dramatically. I don't expect there to be a change, considering we're about 10 worlds beyond Dragonspyre now, but if KI ever revisits old questing beyond WC I think it's worth looking into.
