Dragonspyre Academy Statue Drop

Hey guys. I was just wondering, you know that big statue of the guy with the staff and orb in Dragonspyre Academy? Could someone tell me where to get it? Thanks

Chronius sometimes drops this statue.

It's also been said that Valeska Redwind will drop it.

Either will probably be rare (4-5% chance), so patience is needed.
