i am a level thirty three fire and my second school is death and i am wondering at what level do you have to be to go to dragonspyre?

There is no level requirement. However, take your time. You should be in either Marleybone or Mooshu by now. Keep questing and you will eventually gain access once earned.
Its not the level that counts, its the mainline quests you complete. To have access to Dragonspyre, you must first defeat the Jade Oni in Mooshu and talk to Ambrose afterwards. Hope this helped, and good luck!
