i'm in the Labyrinth and am trying to defeat Ranulf Moonclaw, but it wont let me get into his part of the dungeon. It has the bars over the entrance even though i've defeated the two prerequisites. help?

I believe there are more than two prerequisites (Defeat Silver Sentinel, find and defeat the three escaped criminals, defeat the Property Master).
