Can i beat malistare since update?

Well I was wondering since the update to where you have to beat malistaire in Azteca... does that mean I cant beat him in dragonspyre?

I am only level 25wizard but I just wanted to know so I could plan ahead

Dude, you beat him in dragonspyre AND azteca, in azteca, he's called Malistaire the Undying. (btw, people in azteca, you cant kill him, you kill his minions, hope that helps ;))

You have to kill him to finish ds so I think you have to kill both
