Has anyone else noticed the number of NPCs in Dragon's Roost, Path of Scales, any place after passing thru into the Great Spyre? None are active for giving quests, so am I missing something or is KI putting NPCs in ahead of quests to come?
Oh, and one more thing? How do you get the title "Master of ...."? I'm lvl 50, have beaten Malistaire, and just looking to kill time until the new worlds come out.

I haven't seen them in the Path of Scales but there are like seven or eight Spirt Guards in Dragon's Roost
