Inside the pyramid, the Sphinx, and the tomb of storms. Basically, look to the edges of sidewalks and in corners while you're questing and you should find some.
If you want a steady supply of all the reagents you'll need, keep any Pink Dandelions that fall when you fight the Manders. Plant those Pink Dandelions, and you get many of the basic crafting reagents you'll need from harvesting the plants.
