After finishing Promethean Crafting, I went to talk to Ignus for the next quest but after he gives the initial quest (which is just talking to him) he doesn't give me the next quest. Any ideas?

I had the same problem too, I just sent a ticket to Kingisle and had them fix the problem for me :) Best of luck to you
this has happened to me too. I wanted to get my crafting up to craft some of the level 130 gear and now because of this bug I probably won't be able to due to not being able to renew my membership.
