Small error with your overview of the minions. The moon minion uses the Storm version on Glowbug Squall, not the Moon one (Which is EVEN MORE ANNOYING.) Also, I think it knows Queen Calypso, too.
Also, it is possible to kill the minions via Supernova. I don't think that's intentional, but for now it reduces the harshness of the battle stupendously.
