What? Estrakir is Optional?!

Woot! Finally beat Dragonspyre! :-D I was totally excited that I was ready to go to Celestia. I did all of the quests leading up to Celestia until...

I got repeatly beaten by Estrakir Gloomthorn. :x

And I was with 3 other level 70's! :?

So, here I am, looking for a solution on how to beat him without dying. And then, I reach some thread, and this is what some guy says:

"Estrakir Gloomthorn is optional."

WHAT?! Is this really true? Because if it is, why did I go through all that heck if I could just skip him?!

Can someone explain this? :?

But what do I have to do to get into Celestia if I don't wanna fight Estrakir? Talk to Professor Balestrom again? :?

It you don't want to fight Estrakir (I can see why)
just go to HeadMaster Ambros he'll give you the key for CL. :-) :-) :-D

You don't have to fight mobs or a boss to get to Celestia. You just must be level 48, And completed the Quest The Final Countdown and defeat Malistare. If you are or over both of these requirements, speak to Headmaster Ambrose and he will send you to Celestia.
