Do you need Waterworks in order to get to Zafaria?
I read that Waterworks isn't the nicest of places so do you need to beat in order to move on to Zafaria? Also what is the best level to play through in order to beat Celestia?
Sorry if this seems redundant, I have returned from a 3yr hiatus and just now getting into the swing of things. The last time I played celestia was when Selena Gomez was around.

First, waterworks is technically not necessary to move on to get to zafaria, but the waterworks gear would serve you though until hades at level 90, so I highly suggest doing it. Celestia was designed for level 50-60, so I would just try and stick in the range the world was made for.
