For some reason I can't get into newgate prison I've done all the quests and my friends could get in there.I teleported to a friend but that denied it too, it says this area is closed right now. I'm pretty sure I still have membership left. Please Help
First of all, make sure that your membership is DEFINITELY still active. if it is, check the side of the screen. Sometimes areas just need time to load. Third, are you lower level than them? I was level 43 when I beat malistare, and it wouldn't let me in Celestial until level 44. Try leveling up a couple times. If this doesn't work, try emailing the support email for wizard101.
